I have been loading the past 2 days and will officially restart the regimen tomorrow. I am excited about getting on the diet even though I'm very comfortable with my current weight, but I'd like to get down to my goal weight. My doctor wants me to try and get into the 120's and see how my lupus does at a little lighter weight.
